•Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

•Minimum age is 6

•Not recommended for guests with limited mobility

•Guests must be relatively fit and must be able to swim

•For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness

•Guests must meet a minimum height requirement of 3.9 feet (1.20 meters)

•The pickup time depends on your hotel's location

•No devices are permitted inside the cenote

•GoPro devices, tablets, and selfie sticks are subject to fees payable directly at the box office in the Tulum Ruins. Professional photography equipment and drones are strictly prohibited

•Please bring a refillable water bottle, as single-use plastic bottles are not allowed within the archaeological site.
